At Abu Dhabi Chemicals, every product leaving our Fujairah facility is subject to documented quality control procedures — from raw material receipt through in-process checks to finished product release. Our commitment to consistent quality is why operators across the UAE, GCC, and the Middle East rely on us for critical oilfield and industrial chemical supply.
Our Quality Commitments
Consistent Formulations
Every product batch is manufactured to the same specification. We maintain strict raw material approval lists and blending procedures so performance is repeatable from order to order.
In-House Testing
Our laboratory performs physico-chemical testing — pH, density, viscosity, flash point, and active-content assays — on incoming materials and finished products before release.
Full Documentation
Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available for every product. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is issued for each batch on request.
Raw Material Traceability
All raw materials are sourced from approved suppliers. Incoming batches are inspected and tested against specification before acceptance into our inventory.
HSE Compliance
Products are classified and labelled in accordance with GHS/CLP standards. Our team ensures all supplied chemicals meet UAE regulatory requirements and applicable international standards.
Verified Packaging & Dispatch
Finished products are inspected at packing. Drums, IBCs, and bulk quantities are checked for fill weight, seal integrity, and correct labelling before leaving our Fujairah facility.
Our Quality Control Process
Supplier Qualification
Raw material suppliers are evaluated and approved against technical and quality criteria before any materials enter our supply chain. Re-qualification is performed periodically.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every delivery of raw material is checked against our specification sheet. Physical and chemical parameters are verified in our on-site laboratory before materials are accepted into stock.
In-Process Quality Control
Blending and formulation processes follow documented procedures. In-process samples are taken at key stages to verify the product is developing within target specification ranges.
Finished Product Release
No product leaves our facility without passing finished product testing. Results are recorded and a Certificate of Analysis is generated for every batch, ensuring full traceability.
